For example, you can claim for your loss of ability to do certain activities that you could do before you were injured, also referred to as ‘loss of amenity’. Loss of amenity can include things such as loss of mobility and loss of ability to do recreation and leisure activities you used to do. If your ability to work has been affected, you can also claim for future loss of earnings.
